Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience and expertise in Power BI to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making. The role requires proficiency in handling large datasets, generating insightful dashboards, and automating reports using Power BI and other analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
• Automate data processing and report generation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.

Analysis & Business Insights:

• Perform data analysis to identify trends and business insights.
• Support different teams by providing actionable reports and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create ad-hoc reports as required.

System & Process Optimization:

• Work with different teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Ensure proper documentation of reporting processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, and reporting.
• Expertise in Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, DAX functions).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and other reporting tools.
• Experience in handling large datasets and data cleaning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
