MIS Executive (Byculla)

Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory charts, managing booking data, processing brokerage bills, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization. The role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to generate insightful reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain up-to-date inventory charts to track available resources.
• Regularly update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.

2. Booking Data Management:

• Manage booking data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain booking files and update registration and agreement status as required.

3. Brokerage Bills Processing:

• Process brokerage bills accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure the correctness of brokerage bills.

4. Data Maintenance:

• Maintain walk-in data and consolidate it with booking and revisit data.
• Regularly check inventory, Zoho, and ERP systems for data accuracy and consistency.

5. Reception Data Management:

• Manage and consolidate reception data, including walk-ins, bookings, and revisits.
• Ensure reception data is accurately recorded and updated in relevant systems.

6. Payment Reminders:

• Send 10% payment reminders to the respective Sales Managers (SM) in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Zoho and ERP systems preferred.
