Location: Hennur Bande, Bangalore

working days(intial times it will be 6 days, after few months it will be 5 days working)

Work mode: WFO (no hybrid)

work timings: 9 to 6 (morning shift)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS (Management Information System) Executive to join our team in Hennur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring the efficient operation of information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis:

Collect, process, and manage data to create meaningful reports for business decision-making.

Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Design and automate reports to improve efficiency.

System Operations and Maintenance:

Maintain and upgrade MIS software and databases.

Ensure data integrity and security.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with various departments to gather and analyze data requirements.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Implement new tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 3 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
