MIS Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of MIS professionals to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards on time.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel models, macros, and VBA scripts for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ensure accurate data cleansing, transformation, and visualization using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in an IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Advanced Excel (PIVOT Tables, Charts, Formulas) and Macros/VBA programming language.
• Strong understanding of Data Cleansing principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
