Designation : Data Specialist - MIS / Data Analyst - MIS

Notice period: Immediate / 30 days

Shift : Flexible to work in night shifts

Location: Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data within the companies databases and reporting systems.
• Develop, automate, and maintain management reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement advanced Excel models and VBA scripts to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency within all MIS reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Expertise in VBA for automation and custom solution development.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional departments
