Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Management & Reception:
  
• Answer and forward calls professionally, ensuring accurate message relay.
• Provide information to callers and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain smooth communication with all departments for efficient office coordination.

• Hospitality & Customer Service:
  
• Schedule meeting rooms based on availability and appointments.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff as needed.
• Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Complete Customer Request Forms (CRF) and assist visitors as needed.

• Database Management:
  
• Track staff movements in and out of the office.
• Update and maintain accurate contact details for vendors and employees.
• Ensure easy access to contact information for staff as required.
