Job Description

At MapUp, we're seeking sales professionals with 2-4 years in B2B sales, particularly in logistics and SaaS. Job Responsibilities

  • Support identification of potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, conferences, networking, and referrals.
  • Help develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and conduct sales demos of MapUp platforms, including TollGuru, TollTally, TollMatch, and TollPay, addressing client questions and highlighting value.
  • Assist in managing leads generated from conferences, including pre-conference outreach, follow-up communications, and lead nurturing post-event.
  • Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients.
  • Help convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or related fields
  • Experience in managing leads and customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of contributing to sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to conduct product demos and present solutions tailored to client needs
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
