We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR executive to join our team. This multifaceted role will involve supporting HR functions, ensuring call quality standards, and providing administrative assistance to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Analyze call metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
