1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications 2. Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks 3. Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances 7. Resolving IT support requests from employees 8. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems 9. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems 10. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues 11. Generating sign-ins for new hires during the on boarding process 12. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed 13. Updating employees on the status of their service requests 14. Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
