Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Studies: Perform and manage ETAP simulations for electrical system studies, ensuring optimal system design and performance.
• Equipment & Cable Sizing: Handle the sizing of electrical equipment and cables based on project requirements and standards.
• Load List & Layout Engineering: Prepare detailed load lists and oversee the layout engineering of electrical systems.
• Vendor Document Review: Review technical documents from vendors for equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical support to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Specification Preparation: Prepare and review technical specifications for LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) switchgear, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 10-15 years in electrical design, with significant experience in managing teams.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ETAP software, electrical system studies, and power distribution systems.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading design teams effectively.
• Documentation: Experience with vendor document reviews, technical specifications, and electrical design layouts.
