Roles and Responsibilities :

• Construction of OHSR, CWR Pump House, Staff Quarter. (OHSR Capacity- 100kl to 500kl)
• Construction of Earth work, Layout, R.R. Masonry, Brick Masonry as per Most Specification.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator)

&evaluating as per the planned schedules.

• Maintaining Quality standards for all structural works.
• Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
• Execute steel as per approved structural design.
• Checking the quality of RCC work such as foundations, columns, beams, wall and slabs etc.
• Responsible for assisting client in contract management and supervision.
• Checking and approval of designs & drawings to be submitted by the contractor
• Close coordination with project Management and design/ construction team to enforce

accurate progress monitoring system.

• Check record measurements of the civil works, against running payment bills and final

payment bills to verify / recommend for payment by the client.

• Review of design, drawings and specifications and recommended modification in the working drawings to suit the site conditions.

➢ Overall In charge of Pipeline laying and ESR works.

➢ Taking Responsibility for Progress of work & arrange required men and machineries to execute the works.

➢ Scheduling the planning, Budgeting and execution for Pipe line and ESR works.

➢ Review the progress of work in every week and resolving the problems and rescheduling the planning.

➢ Preparation of Quantities for up to date materials requirement, estimating.

➢ Follow up to recording the measurement for Clients RA Bills.

➢ Preparation of Bill for Sub contractor .

➢ Preparation of Weekly and monthly bills according to the work orders to sub-agency.

➢ Ensure Quality & Safety work from the contractor.

➢ Reconciliation of Pipe and specials.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidate should have experience in irrigation projects.
