Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Sales Management:

- Develop equipment and service sales budgets and plans, activities, processes and resources and campaigns Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information, and by understanding market trends.

Financial Management:

- Prepare sales and service sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas

Sales Operational Excellence:

- Manage the operational activities of a sales and service for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or particular customers.

- Quotation and Tender Management Order Processing on ERP

- Coordination with Service Manager on equipment commission and customer onsite training Prepare monthly sales and pipeline and forecasting Reports

- Manage customer visit to the factory

Project Management:

- End to end project management on Project won from quotation, customization, production to delivery Managing customer request of product drawing

Customer Management:

- Identify, Research, Contract prospective customers and establish alliance partners to create new business opportunities for growth in the assigned area in the form of future sales and repeated business

- Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.

- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.

Relationship Management:

- Conduct regular visits and communication with customer to nurture a strong relationship and to stay attuned to customer feedback including competitive knowledge, and follow up the leads on any new or expansion requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education : Degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Career Experience : Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Cargo Management Industry

Technical Skills:

- Sales tools and process

- Exceptional Negotiation, documentation and execution skills

- Good analytical and business acumen skill

- Knowledge of the industry

- Financial management

- Project Management

- Product and service knowledge
