Position: Business Development - Manager
Location: Delhi
Qualifications & experience:
- BE/B.tech in Mechanical/Chemical with MBA (preferrable)
- Minimum experience required 7-14 years.
- Must have experience in Distribution management, Technical Sales, B2B, KAM handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Product and services.
- Market mapping of each territory where partners are appointed, managing two ways to market- Direct & Indirect business.
- Strongly skilled in Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
- Manage & leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
- Developing, appointing partners based on potential of territory, managing them to ensure growth, participating or organizing events, exhibitions along with partners.
