Manager - Social Media (6-14 yrs)

We have been mandated by the below mentioned role for one of our client is into Building material industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Position company leadership as thought leaders across social media channels as well as identifying relevant speaking opportunities, writing thought leadership articles, and participating in industry events and conferences

- Oversight of company website and social handles - Facebook/Insta and LinkedIn/twitter editorial calendar and Community Management. This would include creating, managing, and optimizing social media copies, calendar and also posting schedules.

- Develop and manage the implementation of digital outreach plans and communication calendar including social copy

- Monitor incoming mentions across all company social media platforms to identify opportunities, escalate issues, and support with crisis communications where necessary.

- Secure the content which is needed in order to build positive perception with the company stakeholders

- Position company leadership as thought leaders across owned channels as well as identifying relevant speaking opportunities, writing thought leadership articles, and participating in industry events and conferences.

- Measure and report performance of all social media outreach and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and look for trends to improve. Build dashboards and set up SOP for report sharing

- Use data-driven social media insights to help develop ideas and future content that will resonate with and create greater engagement with our stakeholders/audiences and communities.

- Remain on top of current digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends. Identify the latest trends in the digital and social media landscape - platforms, engagement, experience, performance and tools, and put forward ideas for how we should adapt to these changes, with relevance to Company's channels and overall goals.
