Purpose of the Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall HR strategy, policies, and operations at the corporate level, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives in the real estate sector. This role encompasses talent management, organizational development, HR compliance, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and the cultivation of a high-performance culture that supports the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness and business growth.
- Provide thought leadership on HR trends, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Drive strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition for corporate and project teams.
- Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
3. Performance Management & Organization Development:
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee payroll management, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and tax regulations.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Foster a high-performance and people-centric culture across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
6. Industrial Relations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory and legal requirements, including labor laws, RERA, and other industry regulations.
- Manage employee grievances, dispute resolutions, and disciplinary actions.
7. HR Technology & Process Improvement:
- Implement HR technology solutions (HRMS) for seamless HR operations.
- Drive automation and process optimization for efficiency.
- Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
