BVC Logistics - Assistant Vice President - Security (18-30 yrs)

Job Objective:

The AVP - Security will lead security across multiple businesses, executing digital & physical security solutions and creating benchmarks in security standards.

Job Description:

- Lead security for secure logistics of goods worth over $40B annually.

- Research, design, and advocate new technologies, architectures and security products to enhance security for team, customers and goods.

- Execute risk assessment, design and develop secure vaults, warehouses and armored vehicles to carry high value cargo.

- Design security & safety audit policies and execute audits across India.

- Build excellent relationships with multiple government departments related to security, at national, state and local level across India.

- Lead incident investigations for any mishaps from notification till closure.

- Build security training modules & execute for existing and new team members across functions.

- Deeply engage with startups in Security Tech domain and continuous research, pilots and implementations of new technologies.

Job Specifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years' experience in security roles.

- Deep understanding of psychology, loss prevention, security tech and project implementations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in multiple languages.

- Strong relationships with industry players like guarding agencies, tech providers, and government agencies.

- Good understanding of the laws related to security in different levels, central, state and local.
