Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, rewards & recognition programs, and cultural events.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace policies and engagement strategies.
  • Act as an employee advocate, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Training & Development:

  • Assess training needs across departments and create structured learning programs.
  • Organize onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Coordinate technical, soft skills, compliance, and leadership training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Performance Management & Employee Development:

  • Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers in setting development goals for employees.
  • Encourage career development through mentorship programs and skill enhancement initiatives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and recommend leadership development plans.

HR Communication & Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and foster open communication channels.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, policy updates, and HR announcements.
  • Organize town halls, feedback sessions, and leadership interactions with employees.

HR Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain employee records related to training, performance, and engagement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and training methodologies.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events, learning programs, and team-building activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and training tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have managed blue collar employees.
