Infrastructure Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure & Property Management Executive to oversee and manage our property-related operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property scouting, vendor management, and renovation materials procurement. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management & Acquisition:

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new properties in alignment with business needs.
• Conduct market research to find potential properties for expansion or investment.
• Handle property documentation, legal compliance, and liaise with real estate agents, brokers, and government bodies.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors related to property maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure development.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service from vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for long-term business collaborations.

Infrastructure Maintenance & Renovation:

• Assess infrastructure needs and ensure timely maintenance and repair of properties.
• Source and procure high-quality materials for renovation and refurbishment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for property enhancement projects.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Maintain records of property ownership, lease agreements, vendor contracts, and project reports.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage budgets for property acquisition, renovation, and maintenance.
• Optimize costs by negotiating with suppliers and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of property acquisition, legal documentation, and compliance.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Understanding of construction materials, renovation processes, and infrastructure upkeep.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze property trends.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and real estate software (if any).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  years of experience in property management, real estate, infrastructure, or facilities management.
• Prior experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus.
