Rane Holdings - General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Finance (18-30 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts for the division and ensure compliance

- Performance MIS, Variance Analysis etc. for the division on Monthly & Quarterly basis

- Coordination with Plants and other functions

- Costing, pricing and evaluation of Business case

- Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Working Capital Management)

- AOP, SBP - coordination for preparation and completion

- Statutory and internal audit coordination

- Preparation for board and audit committee meetings

- Ensure compliances - TDS, GST, PF, ESI etc

Desired Profile:

- CA/CMA with 18+ years of experience

- Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting

- Demonstrated collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality

- Hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission driven environment

- Ability maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

- Ability to motivate, influence and train people
