Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in RCM operations, customer on boarding, or a related role, preferably in healthcare.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience leading implementation teams or similar roles.
Desired Competencies/Skills :
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, including patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorization and billing cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex implementations.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives JD
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Proficiency in EHR/EMR/EPM systems and other healthcare technologies is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities :
Implementation Planning and Governance :
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and timelines.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor project progress and address risks proactively.
- Lead issue resolution efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
Customer Collaboration and Requirements Gathering :
- Work closely with customers and operational teams to gather detailed requirements and analyze existing workflows.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement to create tailored solutions that meet customer business objectives.
Process Design and Optimization :
- Design and implement optimized future-state processes that enhance operational efficiency and align with customer goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of these processes.
Process Enhancements and Workflow Automation :
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process enhancements, including automation initiatives.
- Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Product Adoption and Operational Impact :
- Drive effective product adoption by delivering comprehensive training and support to customer teams.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance post-implementation to ensure maximum impact and customer satisfaction.
Change Request Management :
- Oversee the management of change requests, ensuring timely and accurate updates to workflows and configurations.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders regarding updates, timelines, and outcomes.
