Trainer & Auditor

Role & responsibilities:-

Training Responsibilities:

• Develop, design and deliver effective training programs for employees at various levels of the organization.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Provide on-the job training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals and operational requirements.
• Maintain Training Records , track progress, and provide reports on training activities.

Auditing Responsibilities:

• Conduct Internal Audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry Regulations, and quality standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems through audits.
• Identify areas of risk or non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to address audit findings and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
