    • Qualification: Graduate. MBA - Sales and Marketing
    • Experience: 15 plus years of experience in Specialty Fats.

    MBA- Sales and marketing with 15 plus years of relevant experience (Oil and specialty fats)

    Experience in driving sales growth through distribution strategies, dealer/distributor channel management

    Strong business acumen and understanding of similar product ranges and their potential markets

    Collaborative mindset to align cross-functional efforts.

    Execute business growth strategies to accomplish plans to enhance sales volumes, profits, and customer satisfaction for the specialty butter and fats business.

    Research and tap into new /potential business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, clients, partnerships or growth opportunities for products and services in existing markets.

    Identify potential customers across assigned markets or regions, establish supply chains to appoint distributors and retailers

    Generate leads for business expansion, evaluate the needs, meet new/prospective clients, accomplish conversion and close new business deals by negotiating contracts.

    Oversee contract integrations with company strategies and operations for product availability or diversification.

    Collaborate with marketing team to plan and organize events such as exhibitions, dealer-distributors meetings etc to enhance customer engagement networking for brand and business promotion.

    Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty by maintaining satisfaction through feedback and effective post-sale support and complaints resolutions.

    Manage accounts receivable effectively to ensure a consistent and healthy cash flow within the assigned region/key accounts.

    Study and evaluate market trends and insights, and competitors activity for re-alignment and counter business strategies.

    Lead, train and coach the sales team, and set goals for performance and growth.
