Field Coordinator

Role & responsibilities:

1) Prepare Sales Statistics & Sales MIS report of field staff.

2) Calculate field staff Incentives -All reas, Area Manager, Regional Mangers & Zonal Managers monthly Quarterly Value incentives & Product incentives).

3) Make record of monthly secondary sales & stocks.

4) Keep record of CRM Activities approved by company.

5) Co-ordination with field staff relating to his online reporting queries / correspondence / grievances.

6) Maintaining all sales MIS (Expense MIS report, doctor list, Monthly review format)

7) Preparing & Processing Full & Final Settlement of Field Staff.

Preferred candidate profile:

1) Preferred candidates having an experience in generating MIS Reports (Pharma Company).

2) Candidates should have min experience in handling field staff grievances.

3) Hands on Experience on working in Microsoft Office Suits.
