Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture strategic banking, NBFCs and FinTech alliances and partnerships that align with the larger vision of the organization.
• Own the NBFCs/FinTech Partnerships for the organization, from identification, stakeholder management, deal closure, integration, and successful relationship management.
• Be the evangelist for MBS to Bankers and other key financial services players, including schemes and payment service providers.
• Work towards finalizing deals with our banking/ FI partners in the best interest of our product and clients.
• Ideate, integrate, and work closely with multiple teams within our partners' organisations, to identify and building new ideas for strengthening the joint offerings with MBS.
• Deepen existing relationships with a strong focus on mutual success.

Skills Required

• Proven working experience in nurturing partnerships with Banks/NBFCs/FinTech or other financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of Indian Retail banking.
• Preferred prior experience working with banks in business/ product roles.
• Understanding of digital banking and Fintech ecosystem, ability to interact with CXOs.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

• Relevant experience developing a successful business through the channel and proven leadership abilities leading a team.
• Extensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators to build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand and sales.
• Ability to inspire and persuasively communicate ideas, overcome obstacles, lead people, compel partners. Strong customer and partner focus on establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships that drive revenue.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact.
• Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
