Case Coordinator - Teleradiology

Role: Case coordinator - Teleradiology

Location: Manipal Hospitals Corporate office (Old Airport Road, Bengaluru)

What You'll Do:

• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines for report generation, including daily updates on report status to the HOD.
• Manage radiologist schedules (local site, monthly, and hourly) and assign cases based on modality, specialty, and priority.
• Handle client queries, provide on-call client support on a rotational basis, and transcribe/proof reports as needed.
• Maintain and report department statistics to relevant stakeholders, and compile audit data for all India sites on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Track and respond to internal and external QC alerts, and organize, document, and follow up on department meetings (WebEx, teleconferences, or in-person).
• Maintain comprehensive records of radiologists, clients, and external partners, while managing email updates and other documentation for statistics, meetings, and QC processes.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
