Human Resource Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Mango Semiconductors India Private Limited located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and other human resources related tasks.

Requirements and skills:

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals.
• Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees
• Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
• Responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc.
• Responsible for Payroll processing and preparing ESIC & PF challans.
• Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs.
• Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company.
• Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics.
• Provide inputs during bonus and appraisal discussions.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations and other grievances.
• Responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development.
• Developing and Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human Capital.
• Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.
• Take care on Company day to day Admin works.

Qualification:

• Master's degree/ PG Diploma in HR or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position.
• Must be confident, patient and pro-active.
• Strong communication, people and logical skills
• Ethical approach with integrity
• Time management skills

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, NCR (Nearest Metro Station -Kaushambi)

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
