Lead - Procurement - Center Of Excellence
Job Description:
- The role report to Director Global Procurement - Operations and Strategy.
You will be leading the "Center of Excellence" team and will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage the Procurement Center of Excellence PMO initiatives focusing on continuous improvement, process simplification, system enhancements, data governance, analytics, and strengthen controls to improve S2P efficiency and productivity.
- Prioritize, problem-solve issues within the S2P process, deliver guidance and training on processes and systems. Define KPIs to track improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and insight to develop pipeline of future opportunities impacting Source to Pay.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all key procurement systems enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Further enhance existing reporting capabilities and refine S2P and Risk dashboards.
