Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and posting jobs on job portals to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Close the staffing requirement and ensure 100% capacitation across functions which includes (new hires + replacements).
- Employee Onboarding and Training: Oversee orientation and organize training programs to develop employee skills and ensure policy compliance.
- Employee Relations: Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving, regular meetings, follow-up reviews, and weekly report sharing to confirm the progress of staffing-related requirements with Business leads/ management.
- Salary, Wages Computation: Calculation of employees and worker wages on a monthly basis from the provided data.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing employee performance issues.
- Culture Building &Employee Engagement, manage all internal promotions, and career discussions in consultation with the Management to ensure reflection of competence.
- Compliance and Legal Issues: Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and handling legal issues related to employment.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
- Separations and Settlements, Transfers.
- Promotions, and Other HR Operations activities and projects.
- Workplace Safety and Health: Implementing safety programs and ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Employee Engagement and Well-being: Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives, such as birthday celebrations, team-building activities, and training programs.
- Strategic Planning: Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to business planning, and supporting long-term growth and development.
- Preparation of PPT.
- Reports for the periodic reviews.
- Labor Laws: Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
