About the job Manager - Human Resources

Our partner organization is focused on driving collective impact by mapping CSR funds to community needs through innovative and unique solutions to social issues. Their flagship programs have reached thousands across the country, and they are now looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Overview of the Role:
The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in creating and implementing people strategies that align with the organizations mission. Working closely with the CEO, and the HR Manager will help foster a positive and growth-oriented work culture, ensuring that employees are motivated, trained, and supported to reach their full potential. This role involves leading all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for all new employees.
Define organizational structure and create roles and responsibilities for each job.
Ensure all HR policies are in place and followed for smooth organizational functioning.
Communicate and implement organizational values in their true spirit.
Own the performance management process, ensuring it is completed on time and according to procedure.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.
Lead the recruitment function and implement best practices to attract top talent.
Develop and manage learning and development programs to enhance employee productivity.
Handle HR data management, analytics, and reporting.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience working with NGOs is essential.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
