- Purpose of the Position - The position of General Manager - Admin & HR is to ensure that departmental procedures (HR - Admin , HR - Factory , HR - TA , HR - Time Office ) are followed at all levels and all factory related statutory compliances are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth functioning of administration department as per approved procedures.
- To ensure smooth functioning of security department as per approved procedures.
- To ensure optimum utilization of all company vehicles.
- To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly.
- To monitor in - out movement of all employees.
- To ensure smooth functioning of CCTV cameras.
- To ensure that pest control activities are done as per defined and approved procedures.
- To ensure at all bio - hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendor as per approved procedure.
- To monitor the visitor movement inside factory premises.
- To monitor first Aid activities as per established procedure.
- To ensure effective implementation of fire and safety management procedures.
- To monitor and control contract labour management.
- To ensure that salary , expenses and full & final settlement of all employees done in time as per approved procedures.
- To ensure that all statutory compliances related to Factory Act & Contract Labour are fulfilled and maintained.
- To ensure that personal hygiene is maintained by all employees.
- To ensure the coordination is done with officials for external inspections.
- To attend and resolve grievances raised by employees as per approved procedures.
- To ensure smooth functioning of HR - Time office , HR - Factory , HR - Talent Acquisition and HR Admin section.
- To monitor employee engagement activity within the company.
- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
