Key Responsibilities:

- Align engineering projects with the company & mission and long-term goals.
Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage and mentor engineering staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project progress and performance.
Technical Expertise:
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Supervise the design, development, and testing of products or systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure integrated business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and suppliers.
- Present technical information and project updates to non-technical audiences.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of engineering processes and projects.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during project execution.
Innovation and R&D:
- Promote and drive innovation within the engineering team.
- Oversee research and development activities to create new products or improve existing ones.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into the company's offerings.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement robust risk management processes to minimize project risks.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality engineering solutions and services.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and performance.
- Utilize data and feedback to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of learning and adaptability within the engineering team.
- Carry out any other task assigned by the reporting manager/seniors.
- Functional Reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.
- The job responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.
