We're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering with deep expertise in Unity and XR development (minimum of 5 years) to lead our product development efforts and execute our bold vision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Development Leadership : Oversee the development of cutting-edge XR-based healthcare solutions, driving the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment.

- Technical Strategy & Vision : Align engineering efforts with Wundrsight's broader vision. Shape the technical direction, make architectural decisions, and implement product strategies that reflect our mission.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of developers, designers, and 3D artists to deliver top-tier products. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Execution & Delivery : Manage development processes, sprints, and releases to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptable to Unorganized Development Needs : Take charge in unstructured development scenarios, providing the technical and managerial direction necessary to bring clarity and organization.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure the development aligns with market needs and customer feedback.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Unity & XR Development : 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing XR (AR/VR) solutions using Unity. A strong portfolio in XR products is essential.

- Proven Leadership : Minimum of 7+ years in engineering roles, with at least 3 years managing and mentoring teams.

- Technical Expertise : Solid understanding of scalable software architecture, 3D development, and integration of AI/ML technologies.

- Startup Experience : You should thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the ability to adapt and execute quickly is essential.
