Job Description:

- We are hiring for multiple positions at the Team Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager levels in Mortgage Sales. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing mortgage and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, business operations, marketing, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive mortgage and LAP sales while ensuring business targets are met.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.

- Manage end-to-end business operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
