Area Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team.
- Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth: Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for effi cient loan processing.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry: Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP.
- Sales Leadership: At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role, managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong Leadership & Motivation Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse sales team to drive results.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
- Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
NOTE:
- There are Multiple Vacancies
- Only Face to Face Interviews will be conducted for this role, candidate should be Okay for the same.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Uncapped Incentives will be provided.
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry: Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).
- At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
- DSA knowledge is must required.
- Candidate should have prior experience in Field sales only in Home loans / LAP / Business Loans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
- Candidate should have experience in onboarding new clients.
