Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to drive business growth through effective account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from existing clients, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, leveraging expertise in key account management, client servicing, and customer engagement.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry, continuously improving processes to enhance overall performance.
  
• Ensure seamless communication between departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics with a focus on Client Experience Management or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Key Account Management principles, including developing strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  
• Excellent Customer Focus skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure; excellent time management skills required.
