Accounts Payable Manager - Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting operations and reporting of Overheads (Non Construction)
• Tracking control over budget allocation, utilization and upload of budgets for departments
• Closing monthly & quarterly books of accounts for overheads
• Variance analysis of overheads with budgets and reporting to management
• Processing of PO/WO based invoices and agreement-based vendor invoices and payment as per TAT / due date.
• Ensure proper compliance over vendor invoice processing in terms of Direct and indirect tax compliance
• Co-ordinating the year end book closure process for timely and accurate financial presentations of over heads
• Develop and document process, SOP, documentary control and compliance of accounting policy.
• Co-ordinating with Internal audit, submission of audit input and comment on audit report to management
• Work on improving existing process and systems strengthening controls and improving efficiency through automation and system control.

Qualification required:

• CA with 5-6 years of experience
• SAP knowledge
• MS excel and word (MS office)
