- Proven ability to take ownership of QA processes, ensuring seamless quality management from development to release
- 3+ years of experience in QA roles within agile teams, with a strong focus on desktop application testing
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues and provide actionable insights
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ability to mentor team members, drive QA initiatives, and establish robust testing processes
- Proficiency in Swift to understand codebases, debug issues, and collaborate with developers effectively
- Experience with performance and stress testing for macOS applications, including resource monitoring and optimization
- Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks, such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent
- Knowledge of security and privacy standards for macOS applications
- Experience with accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines
- Understanding of integration testing and compatibility testing for macOS applications
