Job Description
- content=Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing and average skills in load testing
- Critical role is to ensure the quality and performance of our applications through thorough testing and collaboration with development teams
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
- Conduct load testing to assess application performance under varying conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality assurance processes
- Document and track defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team
- Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices
- Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist end-users as necessary
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing
- Qualifications:4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Strong expertise in functional testing methodologies and tools
- Average experience with load testing and performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
