Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Business Analyst Support to join our team. This role will support business consultants in delivering exceptional services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management and experience in supporting business analysis across multiple domains. You will work closely with senior business consultants and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist business consultants in analyzing client requirements and providing insights across various domains such as HORECA, FMCG, Pharma, IT, Construction, Manufacturing, and Retail.

2. Support in data gathering, analysis, and presentation of business intelligence to facilitate informed decision-making.

3. Provide administrative support to the consulting team, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery of deliverables.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and assisting consultants in providing tailored solutions.

5. Participate in client meetings and document requirements, feedback, and action points.

6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for client-facing activities.

7. Monitor project timelines, and deliverables, and help ensure that projects stay on track.

8. Collaborate with the internal team to streamline processes and enhance client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in client relationship management and support roles, ideally within a business consulting environment.

2. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

3. Basic understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

7. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the business consulting field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in any of the following industries: HORECA, FMCG, Pharma, IT, Construction, Manufacturing, or Retail.

2. Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
