Role & responsibilities

1. Manpower planning for the regions in the Zone

2. Training interventions Induction, product refresher for both ops and Credit teams

3. Portfolio Management and monitoring of the Operation of the Portfolio

4. Monitoring of TAT of Login to Sanction, Sanction to Disbursement, Technical and Legal

5. Credit appraisal RH and AH Cases

6. Market research of new practices for improving business, improving Quality, and Productivity

7. Monitoring the productivity of the LTC Team to ensure profitability

8. Process monitoring, implementing new processes to improve TAT, Easiness in process

9. Monitoring Customer satisfaction

10. Audit compliance

11. New Products proposal and implementation

12. Monitoring Vendor management of Legal, technical, and FI (TAT, Cost, on-time payments, and Quality of reports)

13. LOA, NOC, and documents release process monitoring for the closed cases

14. CERSAI, CKYC, and other compliance activities
