Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and generate business
- Leads follow up & systematic closure
- Develop clear understanding of lending parameters and apply on field
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping
- Follow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
- Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
- Ensure the quality of cases for first six months
- Ensure collection of PDD documents Role & responsibilities
