No work life balance, promotions are based on favouritism, no scope for growth, salary bracket is low, in last 5 years the appraisals has consistently been low hardly 3-5%

I liked the Mahindra home finance job very much, but the way the company harassed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

Dislikes

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).

We are working in rural areas.we need & I personally want to rise or grow up my company in rural area. But from last few months ago company changes loan ticket size & products. Because of this other company giving service them.

Only Managers at regional offices makes right ful decisions but the same can't be accepted at head office bcz at head office we have a bunch of idiots who doesn't have nerve to take righful decisions for the company particularly in Audit and Risk departments (Risk department in Mahindra finance is a joke)

Company is turning out to be best in inculcating the worst culture under the leadership post Mr. Anuj Mehra ji. The decisions by the present leadership would lead to windingup the company.

There are many cases of casteist politics and the one who is a close friend and relative and the one who flatters a big official is given more importance. I am one of the victims of these cases in Mahindra. Due to such things, my superiors forced me to resign and my resignation was taken by force, fearing that you will transfer me to this state.

Since MHF is availed new leadership the company completely changes and sequentially adopting quality business and its practices to securing quality portfolio

Training sessions conducted by seniors from time to time for providing updated and basic knowledge about working.

Appraisal are very poor and not based on your individual performance. Holidays are for name only - keeping normal working days holidays and weakly off is very common and compensatory off or overtime is given for that. office times are not followed strictly and late night working is very common. Irrelevant work outside your KRA is common.

The company work culture is nice, allows you to have work life balance. But, that also depends on your manager. The people are chill, friendly and helpful. There's two days of menstrual work from home for females which is extremely helpful. Women friendly policies are present.

Dislikes

Less job security due to internal reasons. Seniors in HR department indulge in politics and are not very nice.
