Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to conduct thorough UAT for tech developments
- Drive App usage and coordinate with IT for tech support
- Enable the frontend team with necessary system (SFDC) support
- Translate the business requirement to IT team for tech development & system enhancements
- Prepare knowledge document and transfer knowledge to frontend team
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Exp: 5-7 yrs years of experience, especially in areas pertaining to CRM backend and customer support experience within Real Estate.
- Knowledge of MS excel & MS presentation
- Understanding and working Knowledge of real estate
