Job Description
- Assist the CFO in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Track financial performance, KPIs, and project progress.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, financial reports, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle confidential financial data and reports with discretion.
- Interaction with consultants, customers, vendors, government agencies and officials to schedule meetings, coordinate events and assist with problem resolution
- Interactions/Follow-up with HOD on task assigned by CFO.
- Answers and screens phone calls and manages the CFO's mail and social media accounts
- Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, flyers, agendas, minutes, resolutions and policies
- Assists in the completion of various forms, notices and other communications, which may require posting and/or publication.
- Assists CFO with customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- Exhibits willingness to ensure successful inter-departmental relationships
- Completes the CFO desk report , which requires input from all departments and is presented to the Board of Directors
- Disseminates information to HOD, Department Managers regarding changes to companys documents, policies and procedures
- Travel with CFO as and when required like, customer meetings, Social Events, Award Functions and Product Launch at exhibitions etc.
- Provides general oversight to CFO on all activities and day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
- Manage MDs liaising with HOD in other Department Managers and with external contacts
- Provides transcription and dictation of meeting minutes
- Reviewing the efficiency of HOD and Managers by regular follow-up and timely submissions of reports and analysis CFO
- CFOs diary keeping and arranging appointments
- Participate in all internal and external audits
- Perform all other task given by management.
