Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Location: Pune and Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a strategic mindset to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

4. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends.

5. Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and contracts to potential clients.

6. Negotiate terms and close deals to drive business expansion.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

8. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

5. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

6. Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

2. Established network of potential clients and partners.

3. Understanding of financial metrics and business strategy.
