Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Ekam Eco Solutions

Job Summary:

Ekam Eco Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand the reach of our flagship product, Zerodor waterless urinals, along with other sustainable sanitation solutions from our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth in industries such as manufacturing, commercial spaces, educational institutions, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify New Business Opportunities : Research and reach out to potential B2B clients in industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, educational institutions, and public sector organizations.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish strong connections with decision-makers, facility managers, and procurement teams.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations : Clearly communicate the benefits of Zerodor and other products, showcasing their impact on sustainability and cost savings.

Negotiate and Close Deals : Work with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and after-sales support.

Track Sales Metrics : Maintain records of leads, sales progress, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Market & Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and sustainability initiatives to identify new sales opportunities.

Participate in Events & Conferences : Represent Ekam Eco Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and sustainability forums to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, facility management solutions, or sustainability-driven products.

- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills : Ability to articulate the value proposition of our products effectively.

Sales & Business Development Acumen : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Problem-Solving Ability : Capable of addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions.

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software and digital sales tools.

Willingness to Travel : This role requires regular client visits and travel as needed.
