I love being part of a young, agile team where collaboration thrives and work environment is free from toxicity. The founders are optimistic and visionary, leading with a focus on growth and mutual respect. It's truly inspiring to work in such a positive, empowering atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to contribute their best.

Dislikes

There is no as such dislikes but we always have areas of improvement everywhere. The processes could be more streamlined. But everyone is so supportive that this automatically acceptable.

Likes

I love that the company provides a safe place to give suggestions and grow at every level of my work. I learn and understand something new everyday and that further gives me strength to face challenges with new energy.

Dislikes

If I'll be honest about the dislikes, I have note been able to listen out any particular thing till now. Although as my tenure increases I feel then I'll be able to have a constructive stand on this.

They focus on training internal employees. Management listens to feedback. Regular employee engagements, we get to work with multiple companies to broaden our horizon

They need to scale faster than before.
