Role & responsibilities

In-charge of Electrical Maintenance and good knowledge on Strip Mill, Hot Rolling Mill & Wire Rod Mill (Mill Main, Auxiliary equipment, EOT cranes, Water pumping sets, generators and compressors),

2. Good exposure on Electrical AC Drives and DC drives.

3. Looking only Steel Pipe Industry candidates.

4. Review and requisite skilled & semi-skilled manpower for maintenance department

5. Cost and inventory control of maintenance department.

6. Reviewing and Planning Preventive Maintenance Schedule based on Breakdown trends, productivity Improvement, Safety

7. Taking care of Factory Electrical department issues.

8. HT & LT Switch gear panels, Transformers, HT Motors, Periodically plan for Preventive Maintenance and breakdown attendance activities.

9. 33kv, 6.6kv, 415v Switchgear panel maintenance.
