Manager - Contracts & Procurement

Job Profile
Responsible for Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Preparation of BOQ, Costing, Tender documents and Contracting for various projects.
On boarding new contractors, rate analysis, rate negotiations
Preparing Rate comparison sheet and present the same to seniors to finalize the Contractors.
Getting Quotation of Building Materials from different Vendors and Prepare Comparison Sheet (Quantity/ Rate Pre and Post GST) for Credit Note against Work Order.
Responsible for timely procurement of materials as per the requirement.
Work closely with project management/site offices and accounts department on all relevant issues such as quality, delivery payments etc.
Assisting and coordinating all Costing & Contracting functions with internal BOQ Team, Design team and on-site team
Verification of Master Cost Plan; Participate in Value Engineering process
Other skills:
Sound technical understanding of costing & tendering activities
Computer Savvy should be proficient with Scheduling software
Should be able to read & review technical drawings
