Localization Vendor Manager

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome.

- In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Position: Localization Vendor Manager.

Location: Noida (WFO).

Experience: 2 to 3 Years in localization.

Budget: Rs. 7 - 8 LPA.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract top freelancers for translation and localization roles.

- Strong understanding of the translation and localization industry.

- Manage the vendor onboarding and contracting process from start to finish.

- Proactive, well coordinated & able to plan tasks efficiently.

- Adhere and achieve KPI's.

- Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively.

- Manage communications with multiple stakeholders.

- Handle escalations.

- Excellent written and communications skills.

- Digging out and analyzing numbers.

- Prepare reports.

- Draft and share MoMs after meetings.

- Act as a partner to the client provide solutions.

- Be proactive project management and process evaluation.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in project management and Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently.

- Strong understanding of operations principles.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
